The Golden Rules

Okay so it is New Years Eve again. Number 37 for me. I'm still not sure why it is so big and important. I feel as if we should celebrate New Day Eve. that's how I get by, along with most....day to day.
I have met a lot of screwed up people this year but also had a great time!   I have been lied to, scammed and disrespected. I have also seen clearly. I have seen the real people who I have by my side. I have seen love ad true concern for my well being. We all have blinders on in life. You will never trust any one human 100% all of the time. We learn. That's what life is. Its about learning. Its not about money (though we need it to survive). In the end you cant take it with you regardless of your beliefs.
I don't do resolutions. It is a set up for disappointment in your self which will be reflected again for 2015 and again and again and again. Not for me.
This year for me is to just cleanse my life of negative people, energy and surroundings. I will learn different ways on becoming a better human. I will learn forgiveness, even if it takes 15 years. Losing weight, quitting smoking or whatever your resolution may be doesn't mean anything if you don't fix your spirit first. And that my friends is what matters in the end. Remember the Golden Rules...They are not that different in any religion or belief~
